Good Afternoon PVE Families,
While it’s been a soaker of a week, our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders SHINED through on their RICAS ELA testing on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Today and Monday make-ups will take place for those students who have been absent.
Again, thank you families for having your child to school on time rested and ready for testing!
Monday, April 8th Bus Dismissal
With the eclipse scheduled on Monday afternoon, we have tweaked our bus dismissal for Monday with student’s safety in mind. All Dattco buses will be pulling up to the curb to load students closer to the overhang. Students will remain in the gymnasium until their bus arrives. As a result, the buses may be running a little late in dropping off your child. Thank you for understanding as we work to keep your children safe!

Monday, April 8th-Mix & Match your clothes and try a new book genre or switch with a friend!
Tuesday-, April 9th-Find a word related to math or science and dress up to match your word!
Wednesday, April 10th-Wear your exercise clothes and have your favorite book with you.
Thursday, April 11th-Bring a beach towel & dress up in Hawaiian themed clothes!
Friday, April 12th-Dress up as a scientist.
Survey Works Has Been Extended to April 12th
Please help us know how we are doing at Pleasant View Elementary, by completing a Survey Works survey (from the RI Dept. of Education) for each of your children that attend PVE.
